Delivery

A virtual 5 hour program, delivered via Zoom. It is most effective for diverse teams, working in remotely and hybrid working structures who function as natural team. Groups are limited to 10 per cohort to encourage maximum engagement.

A CQ Pro assessment is a pre-requisite ahead of the workshop which is sent to each participant. A profile report is individually generated and shared with each member of the cohort.

Summary

This workshop is designed to develop skills to leverage our differences. Developing your CQ with this program will turn the differences of nationality, generation, ethnicity and organisational departments into an area of strength for optimal collaboration and synergy.

The workshop is dedicated to empowering teams to effectively navigate and leverage cultural differences to get better results.
