How the Leadership Coaching Program with Cultural Intelligence® works

Step 1
Following our connect call to discuss your current position, your opportunities and challenges, we will agree the timings and goals of your programme.
The programme kicks off with completing a Cultural Intelligence assessment. This provides a benchmark for your CQ and also a profile report which forms the basis of our coaching together.
The assessment takes 15 mins to complete and is academically tested to ensure validity and reliability. The assessment has been taken in more than 150 countries across companies, universities and governments.

Step 2
The Coaching Programme is conducted across 3 sessions, each one lasting 2 hours each on Zoom. Evening sessions are available.
It is advisable to spread the sessions across a minimum of 4 weeks, with an ideal time frame of 6 weeks.
The first 2 sessions will focus on your cultural values and how these influence and direct the way your leadership style shows up.
The third session deep dives into your Cultural Quotient and the actionable strategies you can rely on to transform your leadership.

About Me
Having lived and worked across 4 countries over the last 12 years, I have first hand experience of the challenges and opportunities that working with people who are different than ourselves presents. Our cultural identities are always at work, shaping and moulding our perceptions, decisions and responses.
Having coached and trained senior leaders across the UK Public Service with Cultural Intelligence, I am dedicated to sharing this value with leaders as I am confident in the transformative results it has been proven to have.
